The winners of the Vietnam Golden Ball 2023 were announced at a ceremony held in Ho Chi Minh City on February 19, with midfielder Nguyen Hoang Duc and goal keeper Tran Thi Kim Thanh earning the Golden Ball award in the men's and women's categories, respectively.

Midfielder Nguyen Hoang Duc (Viettel FC) overcame Nguyen Quang Hai (Hanoi FC) and Nguyen Tien Linh (Becamex Binh Duong FC) to win the Vietnam Golden Ball Award 2021 for the best male football player of the year during an award ceremony in Ho Chi Minh City on February 16.
